So what do you say? (17 Months Old)

It's been a while since our last post...

School started for momma---nuff said!

Anyway, Maggie can do all kids of things now that she's 17 months old...

• Here's a list of words she can say:

Book, Cookie, Puppy, Coco, Kitty, Hi & Bye, Mommy, Daddy, Chase (sitter's son), Maggie, Cracker, Sock, Shoe, Uh-oh, Cup (+sign), Please (+sign), Teeth, Rock-Rock, Uh-huh (yes), Uh-uh (no), Tickle-Tickle, Baby, Ouchie, Stinky, "Sigh" (outside), Poo Poo

• Here's a list of signs she uses regularly:

More & Please (usually together), Thank You, Cup, Puppy, Help, Elephant (arm in the air with elephant noise)

• Parts she can point to:

Ears, Eyes, Nose, Fingers, Toes, Hair, Belly Button, Teeth (she chomps them when you ask her where her teeth are)

• Other things she knows how to do (just the highlights):

Climb up and down the stairs, Climb up her slide and slide down, Run (with a waddle), Comforts her baby doll, Scrum soap in her hair, Dance, Hand motions to Twinkle, Twinkle and Itsy Bitsy Spider, Gives High-Five & Knuckles (she says "nee" when she gives knuckles), Give kisses and hugs, Take things in and out (and in and out, etc) of containers.

• Things she understands when we say them (again, the highlights):

Sit down, Stop, Let's get the mail, Bring that here, Brush your teeth, Time for a bath, Sit on your potty, Let's change your diaper, Time for bed/rest, No, Time Out (yes, time out already)
